Our Landscape Construction projects are predominantly located in central London where our expertise in roof gardens excels but we also undertake high quality projects in the Home Counties and surrounding areas.
We currently have a vacancy for a Contracts Manager within our Commercial Construction team. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager looking to advance their career working on high profile prestigious London schemes.
Responsible for management of hard and soft landscaping projects, you will need a thorough knowledge and understanding of the contract particulars, scope and work programme. Supported by our Buyer, you will oversee the sourcing of materials within required delivery time frames and budget.
You will working from drawings and specifications and manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure that schemes are constructed to the highest quality standard, within budget and on schedule. You will be confident in making fast decisions and champion site safety in line with our UKAS SHEQ and Quality procedures.
Previous contract management experience in landscaping is essential and CSCS/SMSTS will be required.
