Grounds Maintenance Net Promoter Results

This year Frosts are trialling the Net Promoter Survey and the initial NPS indicator is particularly impressive with a score of 48. Client comments include "service levels consistently met", "excellent professional expertise, knowledge & support", "strongly recommend", and "safe working manner."
