Contracts Manager - Commercial Construction

Key Skills Required

• 1. Proven track record of working on large commercial landscaping projects
• 2. Experience of delivering hard and soft Landscaping Projects
• 3. Excellent leadership skills
• 4. Ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team
• 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 6. Ability to build teams and relationship within the company and externally with clients
• 7. Experience in programming the works, briefing project teams, contractors and suppliers
• 8. Collaborate with the Quantity surveyors to produce monthly valuations
• 9. Strong attention to detail
• 10. Experience of writing risk assessments and method statements.
• 11. Strong commercial awareness
• 12. Problem-solving skill
• 13. Knowledge of construction methods and regulations
• 14. Good Contractual knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract

Role Requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• Experience of MS Project
• NEBOSH would be desirable
