M7 Offices Stratford City wins BALI Principal Award

We are delighted to announce that M7 offices level 76 roof garden at Stratford city, (HRMC Offices) as won a Princiap BALI award Roof Garden Under 500k category.

The building was designed by Simpson Haugh for Westfield Europe Limited, at Stratford City. Gillespies designed the landscaping with a focus on wellness and climate resilience including a palette of drought-tolerant planting as well as a series of hard and soft garden 'rooms' to provide flexibility for outdoor working, meetings and events. The roof provides outstanding panoramic views across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
