James Frost, Managing Director Frosts Garden Centre
As the Frosts group moves through the 21st Century a third generation of Frosts are at the helm – Brian’s sons Jeremy and James, and Adrian’s son, Rupert, are all actively involved in ensuring that the business established by their grandfather Harvey Frost, continues to keep horticulture and service at the forefront of Frosts ethos.

Ken White, Managing Director
On 1st May 2012 Ken White became the new Managing Director of Frosts Landscape Construction. Ken will continue to drive the business forward making sure the fundamental core values of quality, teamwork, safety and innovation underpin its success.
Ken has a diverse range of experience on construction projects within the United Kingdom and overseas. Projects range from working on government lead initiatives on single plant species projects such as coffee production to multi-million pound commercial hard and soft landscape projects.
He has over 20 years' experience in management and construction techniques, with a proven track record in project managing multi-discipline sites. In recent years he has been involved in the restoration of many parks and gardens, the design and build of construction projects on roofs up to the 20th floor, and implementing complex landscape schemes within tight inner city locations.
Key areas of expertise include large tree planting working closely with materials movement specialists, developing alternative construction techniques for the installation of semi-mature trees, such as the use of air skates and where point loading has prevented the use of standard systems. Ken is also responsible for all industrial relations issues, maintaining good relationships with all staff involved on and off site.
David Perry, Group Operations Director
David "Fred" Perry joined Frosts in early 2005 as Group Operations Manager. He is accountable to the Board of Directors for producing and applying the company's Quality Standards and Heath, Safety, and Enviormental Polices. Other resonsibillites inculde the implementations of day to day Health and Safety requirements, induction, manual handling and machinery operator training for all staff, production of company Method Statements, Risk DSE, Manual Handling, COSHH Assessments, accident investigation, RIDDOR reporting and SHE Audits.
On the 1st November 2010, Fred was promoted to Group Operations Director.
Through Fred's strong management skills and determention, he has seen the compnay replace its orginal QMS 14001, 18001, and 9001 and OHSAS 18001:2007 accreditations.
Prior to joning Frosts, Fred had an exemplary 22-Year career in ther Royal Air Force, princilpally based in mechanical engineering on Ground Support Equipment, but latterly in Health and Safety, facilitation of technicall and managerial training, training needs, analysis and development, equipment procurement and project management.
