Site Engineer

Frosts Landscape Construction builds and maintains premier landscaped spaces within central London and the South of England. Working in partnership with top landscape architect practices and main contractors to deliver hard and soft landscape projects of the highest standard winning over 100 BALI awards.

Frosts Landscape Construction became an Employee Owned business in April 2025.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to grow with us as one of the UK’s top landscaping companies.

The Job

  • Head Office Bedfordshire
  • Location Opportunities Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, London and Cambridgeshire
  • Salary Competitive
  • Working Hours Permanent, full-time role; Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of landscape construction, civil and structural engineering principles
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Experience planning and coordinating site activities
  • Managing timelines, resources, and subcontractors
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with consultants, site team and subcontractors
  • Writing clear reports and maintaining project documentation
  • Ensuring work is carried out to exact specifications and quality standards
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM
  • Experience using surveying tools and digital systems
  • Experience supervising site workers and subcontractors
  • Experience in preparing Inspection Test Plans
  • Experience in preparing as built drawings

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in construction or engineering roles
  • Familiarity with site operations and health & safety practices
  • CSCS card relevant to role
  • SMSTS desirable
