Contracts Manager - Landscape Construction

Frosts Landscape Construction builds and maintains premier landscaped spaces within central London and the South of England. Working in partnership with top landscape architect practices and main contractors to deliver hard and soft landscape projects of the highest standard winning over 100 BALI awards.

Frosts Landscape Construction became an Employee Owned business in April 2025.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to grow with us as one of the UK’s top landscaping companies.

The Job

  • Head Office Bedfordshire
  • Location Opportunities Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, London and Cambridgeshire
  • Salary Competitive
  • Working Hours Permanent, full-time role; Monday to Friday with occasional weekend working.

Key Skills Required

  • Proven track record of working on large commercial landscaping projects
  • Experience of delivering hard and soft landscaping projects
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to work under your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build teams and relationship within the company and externally with clients, consultants and suppliers
  • Experience in programming the works, briefing project teams, contractors and suppliers
  • Collaborate with the Quantity surveyors to produce monthly valuations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of writing risk assessments and method statements.
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • Problem-solving skill
  • Knowledge of construction methods and standards
  • Good contractual knowledge of JCT and NEC forms of contract
  • Horticultural knowledge

Role Requirements

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • Experience of MS Project
  • IOSH Managing Safely desirable
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate desirable
  • Level 6 NVQ Construction Site Management desirable
